Chinese Student Association Constitution
Article VI - Executive Board
Section 1
The Executive Board shall be composed of all officers.
Section 2
It shall be the duties and responsibilities of the Executive Board to:
Meet at least once a month
Plan for each meeting
Settle plans for activities
Executive the agreements and decisions of the meeting of the active membership
Section 3
A quorum of the Executive Board is two-thirds of the members present. Two-thirds of the members voting shall constitute a majority.
