Article V - Meetings

Section 1

Section 2

Special meetings may be proposed by either the Executive Board or 1/3 of the active membership with the proper notification of all members.

Section 3

Fifty-one percent of the active membership constitutes a quorum.

Section 4

The Executive Board has the responsibility to make a report at the meetings and any active memberhas the right to interpolate to the Executive Board during the meeting.
