The officers of the Chinese Student Association are president, vice president, secretary and treasurer.
Section 2
All officers should be elected by all the C.S.A. members at the end of each semester.
Section 3
Duties of the President.
Shall preside over all meetings.
Shall be responsible for the leadership development and officers' training.
Shall be official spokesman for C.S.A..
In the event of a resignation or removal of an officer, the president shall appoint an officer replacement to serve until an officer is selected through the election process.
Section 4
Duties of the Vice-President
Shall chair any task force called to meet by the President and Executive Board.
Shall be responsible for coordinating photographs, event descriptions and issues on files.
Section 5
Duties of the Secretary.
Shall attend and keep and up-to date record of the minutes for all meetings.
Shall organize all meetings and activities.
Section 6
Duties of the Treasure.
Shall handle and keep an up-to date record of all financial activities and policies and procedures.
Shall collect all membership fees and dues and all assessments.
Section 7
If the vancancy of the president should happen, it should be temporarily filled by the Vice President. The Vancancy of the president must be filled by an election at a meeting called for that purpose by the vice president within two weeks.
Section 8
Any Organization officer may be removed by a two-thirds vote by the entire meembership during a special meeting held for this purpose. Petition for removal of an officer who has not fultilled their responsibility.
