This constitution may be amended at any regular meeting by two-thirds vote of all members. Theproposed amendments shall be submitted in writing to all members of this organization at least one week before the vote is taken.
Section 2
Amendments to this constitution become effective upon approval of this organization, the Council on Student Welfare, and the Vice Presiden for Student Services.
